We are a community of Christians who worship at 11am every Sunday morning in the beautiful chapel of Bancroft’s school. We believe that the things that all Christians have in common are far more important than the things that divide us.
Having a visiting preacher from a different denomination each week enables us to learn from the wealth of experience held by all of this country’s great Christian traditions and to forge closer links between all denominations. There can be few if any churches in the country with such a wide range of Christian preaching.
Our style of worship varies each week in line with the wishes of our guest preacher. We welcome people of all ages, whether seekers or believers, regardless of their gender, race or sexual orientation. Come as you are – you can be sure of a warm welcome. Even if you can’t join us for Sunday worship please feel free to contact us if you need prayer support or if there is any other way in which we can help you.
Although we have no direct connection with Bancroft’s School, the Governors have kindly given us permission to rent the chapel for regular Sunday worship since our foundation in 1983.
